1. National Computer Quality Supervising Test Center

In 1987, Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China decided to establish the National Computer Quality Supervising Test Center in the fifteenth institute. One of the important responsibilities is to carry out the product quality national supervising spot check on behalf of the National.

1. National RFID Product Quality Supervising Test Center

June 12th, 2006, Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China agreed with NCTC to establish National RFID Product Quality Supervising Test Center, and authorized on June 23rd, 2006.
The establishment indicates that China has its own professional testing organization of third party about advancing RFID tech application and protecting RFID industry healthy.

1. MIIT Computer Product Quality Supervising Test Center

To be established in June 1986. After 1998, the name was changed to MIIT Computer Product Quality Supervising Test Center.

1. MIIT IC Card Quality Supervising Test Center

To be established on Jan 6th, 1998. After 1998, the name was changed to MIIT IC Card Quality Supervising Test Center. The missions are that test the ICC & ICC implement for production licence, ICC & ICC implement of Construction Ministry, Hangzhou citizen card and IC Card Accepted etc.

1. MIIT PCB Quality Supervising Test Center

To be established in June 1986. After 1998, the name was changed to MIIT PCB Quality Supervising Test Center.

1. Machinery Electronics Industry Computer Room & Device Quality Supervising Test Center

To be established on June 1st, 1988.

1. National Gold Card Project IC card & implement test center

To be established on April 24th, 2002. The missions are that test the ICC & ICC implement for production licence, ICC & ICC implement of Construction Ministry, Hangzhoucitizen card and IC Card Accepted etc.

1. National Gold Card Project RFID Product test center

To be established On Jan 24th, 2006.

1. National Production Licensing of Industrial Products office - Authorized Test Laboratory

Oct 24th, 2000, established General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China and National Production Licensing of Industrial Products office – the product of ICC & read-write heads licence audit unit. The missions are that test the product of ICC & read-write heads for production licence.
May 21st, 2004, established National Production Licensing of Industrial Products office – the product of fiscal cash register licence audit unit. The missions are that test the product of fiscal IC card and fiscal cash register for production licence.

1. China Quality Certification Center (CQC) – 3C Contract Test Laboratory

March 29th, 2002, NCTC was authorized to be the CCC China Compulsory Certification testing Laboratory by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China. Product: Finance and Trade Settlement equipment. And then, the authorized testing products are microcomputer, server, Portable computers, computer supply and printer on Sept 1st, 2003.

1. China Electromagnetic Compatibility Certification Center (CEMC) – 3C Contract Test Laboratory

March 29th, 2002, NCTC was authorized to be the CCC China Compulsory Certification testing Laboratory by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China. Product: Finance and Trade Settlement equipment. And then, the authorized testing products are microcomputer, server, Portable computers, computer supply and printer in Sept 1st, 2003.

1. China Consumers’ Association – Designated Test Laboratory

July 26th, 2005, NCTC was authorized to be the Designated Test Laboratory about computer, computer peripheral, ICC and ICC implement by China Consumers’ Association. The mission is that assumes the arbitration and examination of the product quality commissioned by Consumers or Consumers’ Association.

1. China Standard Certification Center (Energy Conservation) – Designated Test Laboratory

July 10th, 2003, NCTC was authorized to be the China Standard Certification Center Test Laboratory by CSC. The mission is that tests the energy conservation authentication of communication tech product about computer, display, printer, fax machine, switch, copy machine and print/fax machine etc.

1. Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (IC Cards Application Service Centre) – Contract Test Laboratory

Since 1999, MIIT IC Card Quality Supervising Test Center and National Gold Card Project IC card & implement test center as the designated test laboratory had always assumed the quality test of the Construction ICC and read/write termination for the ICC application service center of Construction Ministry.

1. Electronic Information Industry – National High-tech Training Center

Aug 21st, 2004，Department of Labor and Social Security and MIIT approved NCTC as National High-tech Training Center.
NCTC writes “Computer Inspector Training Material” and “Fiscal Cash Register Setter Training Material”. And then, NCTC holds some training seminars about the assessor of computer inspector and fiscal cash register Setter that make a contribution to implement the strategy of national professional skills.
